Framing is offered as a part of In-Home Consultation Service for customers in Greater Los Angeles.
Double check your SHIPPING ADDRESS. If any part of the shipping address is not correct and can't be delivered or redirected as a result we will not be held responsible. Any extra shipping fees due to any address errors will be charged to purchaser of artwork; original or print.
-Ready to ship in 5-10 business days.
-Prints are made on demand, each print is inspected for quality, signed, carefully packaged, then shipped to you. Multiple prints may be shipped separately to ensure quality.
-Prints shipped USPS first class or Priority Mail.
-Prints are shipped flat.
-Shipping to the U.S. only.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
SALEs: All sales are final.
RETURNS: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any artwork; originals or prints. We carefully package and ship all artwork to ensure there will be no damages. If damage occurs during delivery, contact us within 5 days of delivery date. Keep the original packaging. Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged items.
ART CARE – HANDLING
-Avoid handling of the surface - Your skins' oils contain acids and can damage the artwork.
-Use acid-free, archival materials for framing. The cardboard material is for packaging and is not archival. The clear plastic sleeve is archival.
-Do not place original art or prints in direct sunlight.
-Keep original art and prints in relatively controlled environments.
-Original art and prints should never be wiped with cloths or sprayed with cleaners.
-For artwork framed behind plexiglass; Anything that is ammonia based will ruin plexiglass. Alcohol based agents can also damage plexiglass.
